Translation list

The translation list is your personal history of everything you’ve translated in the current workspace. It helps you quickly reopen past work, stay organized, and navigate efficiently through your recent translations.

Where to find your translations

The translation list appears on the left side of the screen whenever you're in the Translation view of Lia Translate. It automatically updates as you create new text or file translations.

What you see in the list

Each entry shows the key details you need at a glance:

  • Name – A summary of the text snippet, or a file name.

  • Icon – Indicates whether it’s a file translation or a text translation.

  • Language pair – Source and target languages for the translation.

  • Date grouping – Entries are organized into collapsible sections such as Today or Last 7 days, making it easy to find recent activity.

Use the search bar at the top of the translation list to instantly find what you need. Search by any part of the translation / file name.

Access, rename, or delete a translation

Select any existing translation in the list to reopen it. For more actions, click the three-dots menu on the entry:

  • Rename – Update the name displayed in your history.

  • Delete – Remove it from your translation list. This removes source and target text, and source and target files. It does not remove context.

The translation list is a simple yet powerful way to stay organized and revisit your work effortlessly as you continue translating.
