Create a new user account and workspace

You’re new to Lia Translate and want to set up your own workspace with its plan, settings, and data.

You can start using Lia Translate by creating your own workspace. This gives you a dedicated environment where you manage your translations, members, and settings.

Sign up to Lia Translate

Go to lia.acolad.ai and choose how you want to sign up:

  • Magic link – Enter your email address and receive a secure sign-in link (valid for 15 minutes).

  • Google – Sign in with your Google account credentials.

  • Microsoft – Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

As part of the sign-up process, you’ll be asked to Create a workspace.

Create your first workspace

You’ll be taken to the workspace creation dialog, where you provide:

  • Name – Choose a name for your workspace. You can update it later at any time.

  • URL – This is your permanent workspace link. It uniquely identifies your workspace in Lia Translate and cannot be changed once created.

Confirm your entries to complete setup. When you create the workspace, you automatically become its workspace owner.

Voilà — you’re all set! Head over to Translation to start your first translation, or continue reading.

Free trial

When you create your first workspace, you receive 14 days of free access to Lia Translate. Some volume limits may apply. Once the trial expires, your workspace and all your files stay intact — you simply won’t be able to launch new translations until you choose a plan. Select a plan anytime to keep benefiting from everything Lia Translate offers.

Customize your workspace

After creating your workspace, it appears in the workspace switcher, allowing you to move easily between all your workspaces. If you want to customize your workspace or invite colleagues, click the settings icon . Read all about it here:
