Automatic pre-approved access to a workspace

Your organization already uses Lia and has pre-approved your email domain for direct access. When you sign up with your company email, you’ll be automatically added to your organization’s workspace

Some companies set up Lia Translate so that anyone with an approved company email domain can join the workspace automatically. This removes the need for individual invitations and makes onboarding fast and self-service.

Sign in or sign up

Go to lia.acolad.ai and sign in or sign up using any available method:

• Magic link – Enter your email address and receive a secure sign-in link (valid for 15 minutes).

• Google – Sign in with your Google account credentials.

• Microsoft – Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

Use your company email address, as only approved domains can access the workspace.

Join your company workspace

After authenticating, you’ll see the workspace(s) that you are allowed to join. Click Join.

Voilà — you’re all set! Head over to Translation to start your first translation.

This option is available only if the workspace owner or admin has enabled domain-based access for your organization.
