Accept a workspace invitation

You’ve received an email invitation from your company or a colleague and can join directly via the invitation link, without creating your own workspace.

If someone in your organization has already created a workspace for your team, you may receive an invitation to join it. This is a quick way to start collaborating in an existing environment.

Open your invitation

You’ll receive an email inviting you to join the workspace. Click Accept Invitation to continue.

If you don’t have a Lia Translate user account yet, you’ll be guided to sign up before you can proceed.

Sign in or sign up

After clicking the invitation link, you’ll arrive on the sign-in/sign-up page. Choose one of the available options:

• Magic link – Enter your email address and receive a secure sign-in link (valid for 15 minutes).

• Google – Sign in with your Google account credentials.

• Microsoft – Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

If you already have an account, simply sign in. If not, complete the sign-up process.

Accept the workspace invitation

Once authenticated, you’ll see a confirmation screen showing who invited you and which workspace you’re about to join. Click Accept to join the workspace.

Voilà — you’re all set! Head over to Translation to start your first translation.
